Furnishing My Home!

A friend of mine works as a chef in a popular restaurant in town.  Recently, he held a party at his new apartment and invited many friends over, me included. Needless to say, he cooked the food himself which was really delicious.  I ate so much that I needed to take some natural appetite suppressant the next day.  Besides serving good food, my friend even got everyone talking about the PopArts Recycled Paper Placemats which he used. I saw the beautiful book creations by Lisa Occhipini via Apartment Therapy and was really smitten.   The old and unwanted books are turned into lively piece of art.  She has created mobiles, hanging spheres and table sculptures from them.  Each one is individually made.  What a brilliant and creative way to reuse found objects.
