It is one of my dreams to have a home by the beach. I love the sea, sand and blue sky. What is more wonderful than spending days at the beach basking under the warmth of the sun and having salt water lapping at my feet as I walk on the white sand. My beach home will have a tropical decor filled with furniture made from natural materials such as rattan, banana leaf, seagrass or bamboo. Tropical decor offers a sense of peace and tranquility to a home. I want my home to have large plants such as Areca or Coconut plants in bamboo nesting square planters like below. Wicker baskets are also excellent options for furnishing a tropical beach home. When I think of my dream home, I feel like going on a Caribbean holiday or join one of those Caribbean cruises.
