Treehouse Beds For Children

I am planning to redecorate my guest room and turn it into a bedroom for my soon-to-be 5 year old.  I have been looking for some ideas and came across some beautiful treehouses.  When I was a kid, I use to imagine having one. It was like a secret getaway place for me. Sadly, I never had a treehouse and now I don’t even have any trees in my home or else it would be so much fun to build one for my daughter.  Then, I came across some treehouse beds at Kids Factory.  Ain’t that something? I am so excited to see them, as excited as when I discovered the extended service plan for my car. Check them out below.

Oh I just love them.  I wouldn’t mind having one for myself too :)

I hope everyone had a great Christmas.  Last night, I went to a Christmas party at my girlfriend’s apartment.  It was a lovely get-together.  There was so much food last night that I overeat.  She was telling me of her plans for next year…a change in her’s and her husband’s careers.  I hope all goes well with the both of them.  While at her apartment, I can’t help but notice her unique Christmas tree.  My friend said she was inspired by the BlackWhiteYellow.blogspot.com who handmade her lovely little Christmas tree.  Too bad I didn’t have my camera with me last night and couldn’t take a photo of the tree.  However, I hopped over to that blog and saw the cute Christmas tree which inspired my friend.

Lovely eh?  My friend used a lot of red color on her tree.  I think she will do the same again for next year.

I really admire people with a creative flair such as the interior decorators.  When I visit my favorite home decor blogs, I feel so inspired by their wonderful ideas and designs.  While some people prefer jobs in sales, I wish I am more creative so that I could be an interior designer or simply creating things with my hands.  Here are some images of beautifully decorated home.

Christmas celebration is over.  We just came back from a Christmas party with friends.  So, how is your Christmas? After tomorrow, everything will be back to normal for me.  I have tons of things to do. Start storing away all those Christmas wrappers, do the laundry (I didn’t do our laundry for the past 4 days as I was really busy), get some safety products for the office and clear the desk. There are so many papers, magazines, books and stationery on the table.  Time to de-clutter.  I just saw this great idea on what to do with the old magazines – Craft A Table Using Old Magazines via Re-Nest.com.

Pretty cool huh?  Since I have tons of magazines, I think I’m going to give this a try :D

Here are some cute ideas to decorate your wall, especially the walls of your office or those with home office.  No, they are not cardboard display but Chalkboard Wall Schtickers.  They can be use on doors too and are great as “While You Were Out” Messages.  A brilliant idea, eh?  The Schtickers are easy to apply and all you have to do is just press them onto any smooth surface.  They can be unstick and reuse at another place if you decide to move them.  The Chalkboard Wall Schtickers come with its own starter piece of chalk.  Have some fun with your wall today with Chalkboard Wall Schtickers.

I am so excited to share this awesome product with all of you.  I am totally head over heels with them.  What am I talking about? Well, there is none other than award-winning textile designer Selina Rose’s beautiful wool felt runners, throws, room dividers, wallpapers and rugs.  All these intricate products are created using cutting-edge technology.  My favorite is the Botanica Rug which features cut outs of leaves, birds and butterflies.  Somehow this reminds me of one of the lovely wedding invitations I received last month.  For more information, do check out Bodieandfou.com.
