I just love this fantastic accessories hanger from BUDesign.lv.  Normally I would just leave my accessories on the entryway table.  Not a very good idea huh?  Well, with this accessories hanger in the closet, I can hide these things in the closet.  This hanger is also great for scarves, gloves, pens and little knicks-knacks.  This shelf does not take up a lot of space in the room.

I visited a friend who works as motorcycle accident lawyer over the weekend at her new apartment.  It was a gorgeous abode and she has done a great job decorating it.  What caught my eyes was this knitted pouf she has in her living area.  My friend bought it from Crate & Barrel.  It looks very cute and so comfortable.  The knitted pouf was hand knit from celadon-hued chunky cotton yarn and is great to be used as an ottoman, pillow or seat.  If you like to add a whimsical touch to your home, then this Knitted Pouf is a must-have.

I am going through a pallet phase right now.  I just love the raw color of the pallet.   I came across this brilliant idea by Katrin Arens at Remodelista.com.  She used a discarded pallet and re-fashioned it into a plate rack.  Another great idea to decorate the wall but of course, it cannot be used to hold heavy items such as a receipt printer.  Katrin used a bit of beeswax to brighten and beautify the pallet.   I also love how she used the old nails to hold the plates.  What do you think?

Functional Furniture For Your Home

I love multi-functional pieces of furniture such as this ottoman.  Don’t be fool by its look.  This ottoman is actually a bed which disguises itself as an ottoman by day.  What a brilliant idea eh?  It is great for those who are short on space and there are guests over to spend the night.

I also like this cool coffee table below.  It can be used for storing, dining and working.  If you are interested in adding the perfect touch to your home with functional contemporary furniture, then do head over to BoConcept.us.
