Having a good night sleep can do wonders to our body and mind.  It can help us to rejuvenate and relax.  It is important to make your bedroom more comfortable to create a cool and warm bedroom for a healthy sleep.  Your slumber zone should have a proper decor that is stylish and as well as helping you to unwind at the end of the day.  It is best not to keep any electrical appliance in the room such as a television or computer.  It can cause restlessness and insomnia.  I like my sheets to be colorful but not too bright.  Adding throws to the bed that blend in with the colors of the room is another good idea.  You can also paint your wall in warm tones.  I hope these tips can help you to create a more comfortable bedroom.   You may also check out www.sleepingaidreviews.net for more information to help you sleep better at night.

into a ladder.  Another clever idea from Junktion Products.  The old school chairs are put on top one another and turned into a ladder.  Although I like this idea very much, I would think storage is a bit of a problem.  Unlike a regular ladder, this cannot be folded.   Those are are short on space may not find this ladder suitable.

It probably works like a stool.

Well, if you have been following my blog, you would know that I love things that are made from recycled every day stuff.  I love how milk crates and boxes are turned into coffee tables, storage crates being used as shelves and side table.  Yes, I love anything that is made from wood.  So when I saw this fabulous Surface Seat made from recycled wooden pallet, I was over the moon.  Don’t you find like this simple but cleverly designed chair?

I can spend hours sitting on this chair to watch tv, visit www.whatareblackheads.com or just chilling.

Decorating With Empty Frames On The Wall

Recently I decided to decorate my stairway wall with some empty picture frames.  One of my friends visited my home a couple of days ago.  An ardent feng-shui fan, my friend said that while it is lovely to decorate with empty picture frames of various sizes, I should not have them on my wall.  It is a big no- no as decorating with empty picture frames would bring disharmony to the family *yikes*  So, before I begin to take any vitamins for hair loss due to stress from any unpleasant things happening in the family, I took all the frames down and replaced them with photo frames and small mirrors.
