Since this is a home furnishing blog, I usually post about home decorating ideas and stuff that I like. I hardly share any tips regarding cleaning or sustainable living. Having said that, I came across this really cool tip on how to remove stains from tupperwares. This is still related to to the home scene so I am going to start sharing tips on how to keep the home clean in this blog. Ok, back to the cool tip from Re-Nest. I am always at my wits end when I discover stains on my beloved Tupperwares, especially after I have used them to store tomato or chilli sauce. Now, we can say goodbye to those stains with lemons. To get the stains out, just rub half a lemon and make sure to leave some juice on the stained plastic. Then leave the tupperware out in the sun to dry and wash it away as normal. The acid in the lemon juice is great for removing dirt and rust.
While the spouse was reading rv emergency roadside assistance document to prepare himself for the road trip next month, I was busy pinning on Pinterest. That’s my favourite past time now. I came upon a few lovely kitchen pins on Pinterest and decided to share them with you here. I so want a kitchen that looks like this. Can you spot the similarities in these photos?
Yes, it is the fridge. I just cannot get enough of these vintage-inspired funky fridges. They are so retro. I want one of these Smeg or Big Chill in my kitchen.
Besides looking for slimming pill that works, what I really need to do this weekend is to organize my refrigerator. I have a hard time finding what I want to look for in my fridge. You can imagine how messy it is. Sometimes, I even found food that has expired or turned moldy. I really should get a few airtight containers from The Container Store to keep things organized. Erasable food storage labels are a quick and easy way to identify and date food. So, do you mind sharing how your fridge looks like?
I just came across a very beautiful home and can’t wait to share it with you here. I saw the photos from seesawdesigns.blogspot.com. What I love about this space is the lovely flooring. I also love the wooden chairs in the dining. Where can I get them? The wooden chairs are so lovely.
Below is a photo of the kitchen. Check out the beautiful flooring and also the white wall tiles. I so want this for my kitchen.
I think I can live in this house!

I was browsing one of my favourite home decor blogs – Simply Grove when I came across some photos of a lovely home. I just love the simple decor and the little pops of colours around the home. The wooden floor is absolutely stunning. My favourite room is the dining because it has so much natural light from the big windows. I also love the foldable wooden table. I hope that in my next home, I will have a kitchen/dining area with lots of big windows. I can picture myself sitting in the dining room, doing my skin care product reviews or reading a book.

I was at Apartment Therapy just now and saw a post on organized kitchens in small spaces. This reminds me of the first apartment we rented many years ago. It was a 500 sq. ft. studio apartment which comes with a living area, a small bedroom which was actually part of the living area, a closet, a bathroom, a laundry room and a very tiny kitchen. One of the kitchens featured in Apartment Therapy is almost like what the kitchen in my previous apartment looked like.
I wish I made used of the wall to hang to keep all the utensils and jars like the one above. If you are looking for some ideas on how to maximize your small kitchen, check out Apartment Therapy now.
While my spouse was browsing www.happyeasterstore.com, looking for some Easter gifts, I was busy blog-hopping to my favourite home decor blogs. I was at Dreamy Whites when I came across beautiful blue cupboard. It is an antique cupboard in the most delightful blue. I absolutely adore this cupboard and I love the chicken wire on it. It has a rustic, shabby chic look. I would love to have one in my home.
