I visited a friend who works as motorcycle accident lawyer over the weekend at her new apartment. It was a gorgeous abode and she has done a great job decorating it. I am going through a pallet phase right now. I just love the raw color of the pallet. I came across this brilliant idea by Katrin Arens at Remodelista.com. She used a discarded pallet and re-fashioned it into a plate rack. Another great idea to decorate the wall but of course, it cannot be used to hold heavy items such as a receipt printer. Katrin used a bit of beeswax to brighten and beautify the pallet. I also love how she used the old nails to hold the plates. What do you think?
